Mujeres de Maiz Fronterizas- San Diego

This Weekend myself, Claudia Mercado and Martha Gonzales decided to take a short road trip to support our new MdM Chapter in San Diego, Claifas. This was their first Dia de la Mujer art and performance event showcasing over 60 women artists! We were wowed by Bomba Liberté familia for bringing their amazing energy: Jade Power Sotomayor, Eduardo Borichem, Lazaren Mendoza DE Hernandez, Angela M. Calvin, Nadia Robledo, Cybele Peña, and Norell Martinez. The wonderful exhibition: "The Power of Feminine Energy : a dia de la mujer art exhibition" will be at the Centro Cultural de la Raza presented by Mujeres De Maiz Fronterizas and curated by Leticia Gomez Franco from March 19th to April 10th 2016.
